30 day returns policy – You may return an item at your own expense unless the item received is wrong or damaged.
If the item upon receiving is damaged, a replacement will be sent.

All Oils will replace any products damaged during delivery.
In the rare occasion that a product may be damaged during delivery, our No Leak Guarantee is in place to cover your order in the event of any leakages.
At All Oils our aim is to deliver products to you efficiently and securely packaged. We want to make sure that every one of our customers has a swift, no nonsense experience from ordering online to receiving their delivery.

Refunds / Replacements
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds.
We will offer to send a replacement or correct item first, only in these circumstances:
- Receiving damaged goods
- Wrong item received

We cannot accept the responsibility for any additional charges or consequential loss incurred if a product does not give the desired results. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods only.
