Returns
120 day returns policy – You may return an item within 120 days at your own expense unless the item received is wrong or damaged in which case we would cover the cost of return.
No Damage Guarantee
All Oils will replace any products damaged during delivery.
In the rare occasion that a product may be damaged during delivery, our No Damage Guarantee is in place to cover your order in the event of any leakages. We will replace your damaged goods as soon as possible without causing you any financial loss or headache. When we no longer have the original item in stock, an alternative will be offered or full refund where we deem it appropriate.
At All Oils our aim is to deliver products to you efficiently and securely packaged. We want to make sure that every one of our customers has a swift, no nonsense experience from ordering online to receiving their delivery.
Any queries or concerns you may have about your order, we will do our best to accommodate you. All we ask is that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues straight away.

We will offer to send a replacement or correct item first, only in these circumstances:
- Receiving damaged goods
- Wrong item received
Refunds
In the UK, online, mail, and telephone orders are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations, allowing you to cancel and return items for any reason within 14 days of receipt, plus another 14 days to return them. For faulty goods, the Consumer Rights Act guarantees a full refund if returned within 30 days.
We allow for up-to 30 Day returns.
Liability
Buyers must report any issues within 48 hours of purchasing a product. Any claims or disputes that are logged without having raised an issue within 48 hours will not receive any type of refund/replacement product if a dispute is later raised
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased are the correct products for application. We cannot accept the responsibility for any additional charges or consequential loss incurred if a product does not give the desired results. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods only.
