Application:

SUBARU BY MOTUL is a new-generation engine oil featuring state-of-the-art mid SAPS additive technology. It has been formulated, developed and tested in accordance with the latest technical requirements from SUBARU. It's high quality makes it particularly suitable for use in EURO-4, EURO-5 and EURO-6 gasoline and diesel engines where an ACEA C2 engine oil in viscosity grade 5W-30 is specified. It meets all specifications and requirements of SUBARU engineers necessary to maintain the manufacturer's warranty. Also suitable for engines requiring an engine oil meeting API SN, API SN-RC or ILSAC GF-5 in viscosity grade 5W-30.

Compatible with catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters (DPF).

• SUBARU recommendations require a special engine oil based on ACEA C2 to ensure compatibility with modern exhaust after-treatment systems (CAT, DPF), the lowest possible fuel consumption and a long service life for gasoline and diesel engines.
  ACEA C2 specifically describes specially formulated mid SAPS oils - engine oils with low sulfur (0.3%), phosphorus (0.07-0.09%) and sulfated ash content (0.8%) with reduced HTHS viscosity.
